Young Life's Developing Global Leaders has produced 1,000+ university graduates,​ biblically-trained and academically prepared to impact their local communities with the Gospel.

Approximately one-third of DGL graduates go on full-time staff with Young Life in their own country – an intentional leadership development strategy to grow Young Life ministry around the globe. Others pursue careers in education, engineering, finance, social work, medicine, communication, and other professions – bringing Kingdom values into every aspect of society.
